We will break down the planning process into four key phases: reflect, dream, plan, and pursue. We will reflect on the highs, lows, milestones, and lessons learned from the previous year. We will also work together to set some exciting goals for the upcoming year, including session bookings and profit targets.

We will create a detailed plan to achieve these goals. This includes updating pricing and packages, strategically planning sessions and promotions, and establishing crucial boundaries.
